Vehicle Rental Terms
Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle, the driver must meet the following conditions:
- The minimum age for the driver is 23 years.
- The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least 24 months prior to the day of vehicle pick-up.
- The driver must have a valid credit card accepted by My More, used for pre-authorisation, payment and final settlement of rental charges. Cash deposits are not accepted.
- The driver must hold a valid driving license issued in the Republic of Serbia or any member state of the European Union.
- Driving licenses printed in a non-Latin script must be accompanied by a valid international driving permit.
Authorised Drivers
Only the lessee and another authorised person are entitled to drive the vehicle.
Authorised drivers are not permitted to operate the vehicle when fatigued, under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any other substances (including medication) that may adversely affect their ability to drive safely.
Vehicle Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle, the lessee accepts the terms and conditions stated in the Rental Agreement and these General Terms of Vehicle Rental.
The Rental Agreement is signed in two identical copies — one for the lessor and one for the lessee.
The agreement covers the rental period, vehicle category, pick-up and drop-off locations, agreed total price, insurance package and any additional products/services selected by the lessee.
Any amendment of the Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Liability
The lessee is liable for the vehicle and any equipment received with it for the entire duration of the rental, in accordance with the Rental Agreement and these Terms.
Liability covers any damage, loss, theft or improper use of the vehicle, regardless of the cause, unless explicitly excluded by an insurance/liability waiver product purchased by the lessee.
The lessee is also liable for any traffic, parking or other fines incurred during the rental period, as well as for handling administrative fees charged by the company for processing such fines.
Privacy Policy
The company collects, stores and processes personal data of the lessee in accordance with applicable data-protection regulations and its Privacy Policy.
Personal data are collected exclusively for the purpose of executing the rental agreement, issuing invoices, processing payments, communicating with the lessee and complying with statutory obligations.
By renting a vehicle from MY MORE DOO, you consent to the company collecting, storing and processing your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Vehicle Pick-Up
A reservation can be modified no later than 48 hours before the start of the rental period.
In the event of reservation cancellation, the amount paid is retained in full and is not refundable.
If the lessee fails to pick up the vehicle, the amount paid is retained in full and is not refundable.
The Vehicle
Any reference to “the vehicle” or “the car” in these Rental Terms refers to the vehicle that the company makes available to the lessee, including any replacement vehicle and all parts and additional equipment belonging to the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle is handed over to the lessee in clean, technically sound and fully serviced condition, with all mandatory equipment.
On pick-up, the lessee is required to inspect the vehicle together with the company representative and to sign the hand-over protocol describing the condition of the vehicle.
Hidden Damage
Should any hidden damage become apparent after the vehicle has been collected, the lessee is required to notify the company immediately. Failure to do so may render the lessee liable for the damage.
Vehicle Care
The lessee shall use the vehicle with due care, in accordance with its purpose and the manufacturer’s instructions, and shall keep it secured (locked) whenever unattended.
The lessee is responsible for regular checks of oil, coolant, tyre pressure and other key fluids during longer rentals.
Rental Restrictions
Use
The vehicle may not be used:
- for the transport of passengers or goods for hire or reward, unless explicitly agreed in writing with the company;
- for driving lessons, motor sport, off-road driving, races, rallies or any form of competitive or test driving;
- to push or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other object, unless the vehicle is specifically equipped for that purpose with the company’s written consent;
- for the carriage of dangerous, flammable, toxic, corrosive or other hazardous materials;
- for any illegal activity, including but not limited to transport of contraband or undeclared goods;
- by any person other than the lessee or another driver explicitly named in the Rental Agreement.
Driving Abroad
Travelling with the rental vehicle outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia is not permitted without prior written approval from the company.
If this restriction is breached, the Rental Agreement shall be terminated and any insurance coverage or add-on products shall be deemed null and void. The lessee shall be liable for all additional costs arising from such breach.
Additional Charges
- The charges stated in the Rental Agreement must be paid by the lessee, including any additional fees that may accrue up to the end of the rental period.
- The lessee must hold a credit card accepted by My More in order to cover the deposit and rental costs.
- On the day of vehicle pick-up, the amount of the security deposit will be blocked on the lessee’s credit card. This amount will be released or refunded on the day the vehicle is returned, once all charges have been settled.
- Upon the vehicle’s return, a final invoice will be issued and sent to the e-mail address provided by the lessee.
Certain charges cannot be definitively established at the time the vehicle is returned, such as costs for major damage or any parking and traffic fines that the company may receive at a later date in connection with the rental. The company will notify the lessee of such charges as soon as they are determined.
The company will issue an invoice for the rental at the time the vehicle is returned, or deliver it by e-mail or courier service in agreement with the lessee.

In case of theft, the lessee must report the incident to the police, obtain a written report, return the vehicle keys and registration documents to the company and submit the official report.
Liability Waiver Products
(CDW, SCDW, TP, SUPERCOVER)
The lessee’s liability for loss of or damage to the vehicle may cover the full value of the vehicle. The lessee may limit or even be completely released from liability by using the following products:
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW & SCDW)
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is often included in the rental price and reduces the lessee’s liability towards the company to the amount of the applicable excess (deductible), in accordance with the “Damage Table” below, which applies to every case of damage other than theft, attempted theft or vandalism. The amount of liability can be further reduced by SCDW coverage.
CDW & SCDW cover the following events:
- Collision with a stationary or moving object.
- Loss of control of the vehicle.
- Natural disasters such as snow, hail, flood or rockslide.
- Fire caused by a vehicle malfunction, including electrical failure, or fire and explosion of the vehicle.
- Damage caused by third parties (where the perpetrator is unknown), provided that the incident is duly reported to the police.
Theft Protection (TP)
TP covers the theft of the vehicle, attempted theft and damage caused during such events, provided that the lessee complies with the obligations described in these Terms (reporting to police, returning keys, etc.). With TP, the lessee’s liability is reduced to the applicable excess.
SUPERCOVER (SUP)
SUPERCOVER is an upgraded protection product that reduces or removes the lessee’s liability for damages otherwise excluded from CDW/SCDW/TP, including damage to the windscreen, tyres, wheels and other elements typically not covered by the standard waiver. Detailed terms and conditions of SUPERCOVER are available from the company on request.
Key Limitations and Exclusions
(CDW, SCDW, TP, SUP)
Driving in Poor Road Conditions
- Driving on a road in poor condition without due care, causing damage to the underbody of the vehicle. No liability waiver product (CDW, SCDW, SUP) covers damage to the underbody, tyres or wheels.
- Driving on a beach, causing damage from salt water and/or sand.
- Driving through a flooded road, causing engine damage.
Examples of Improper Use of the Vehicle
- Filling the fuel tank with the wrong type of fuel or otherwise contaminating the fuel tank.
- Damage caused by ignoring warning lights.
- Clutch fire (which requires persistent improper use) or improper use of the handbrake.
- Wheel damage caused by driving with a flat tyre.
- Mounting unauthorised objects on the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
- Carrying very dirty or unpleasant materials that damage or burn the interior, or that require additional cleaning.
Examples of Contributing to Damage and/or Theft of the Vehicle
- Damage resulting from locking the keys inside the vehicle or losing the keys.
- Damage resulting from leaving the vehicle windows open.
- Loss of the vehicle due to not using the anti-theft system (where provided).
- Loss of the vehicle during a period in which the user is unable to return the keys.
Additional equipment: Liability waiver products do not cover loss of or damage to additional equipment (child seats, snow chains, GPS, etc.) provided by the company. Such losses or damages are charged separately according to the price list.
Liability waiver products will be void — meaning that the lessee’s obligation to the company for damage or loss will not be reduced or eliminated — where the lessee or an authorised driver shows gross negligence by acting in a way that they know, or should know, is likely to cause personal injury or damage to property, such as misjudging the height of the vehicle. Other examples include hitting overhead or tall objects, driving into an obstacle that is too low for the vehicle to pass under, driving into a parking barrier before it has fully opened, etc.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
PAI is offered at a daily fee of 4 EUR + VAT per day (maximum charge for 15 days). The driver and passengers are insured in the event of an accident involving the rental vehicle. The sums insured are in accordance with the applicable terms of the insurance company.
