    How quickly can I receive a vehicle after signing the contract?

    For vehicles from our current fleet, delivery is possible within 2–7 business days. For special configurations, the delivery time is 30–60 days, depending on the manufacturer and model.

    What if the vehicle breaks down or is in an accident?

    Call our 24/7 Call Center and we handle the organization — from towing service to the complete repair process. Our team of experts will take care of all administrative tasks related to insurance and vehicle repair.

    What is the process when a vehicle needs regular servicing or tire change?

    The system notifies you of upcoming services. You call us, and we schedule an appointment at an authorized service center based on your availability. All servicing costs are covered by your monthly rate. Tire changes are organized seasonally according to manufacturer standards.

    What about excessive damage and vehicle wear?

    We apply a fair “normal wear and tear” standard. Minor scratches and normal wear are not subject to additional costs. Before returning the vehicle, you receive detailed instructions and an estimate of potential costs.

    How does vehicle maintenance and servicing work?

    Servicing is carried out according to the manufacturer’s schedule at authorized service centers. Simply give us a call and we schedule the service to suit your needs. All regular maintenance costs are included in the monthly rate.
